Longevity medicine applies prevention science to help you stay healthy for longer. It starts with a detailed picture of your current health, including cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal and bone health, and then targets the factors you can change: nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress and timely medical care.
Our programmes combine advanced diagnostics, doctor consultations, nutrition, exercise and recovery planning, with regular follow-up so progress is measured rather than assumed.

A focused 3–5 day assessment programme: comprehensive testing, doctor and nutrition consultations, and a personalised longevity plan you can start straight away.
A 7–10 day programme combining diagnostics, specialist consultations, nutrition and exercise coaching, sleep and stress support, and treatment where clinically indicated.
A 12-month programme with quarterly doctor reviews, repeat testing and ongoing adjustment of your plan.
Advanced blood tests, hormone panels, body composition, and genomic and gut testing where relevant. The foundation of every programme.
Blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, thyroid and menopause care: the conditions that most affect how we age.
An eating plan and any supplements built around your test results, culture and lifestyle.
Strength, cardiovascular fitness and mobility programmes to protect muscle and bone as you age.
Sleep assessment, stress management and recovery therapies to support daily energy and resilience.
Yoga, breathwork, meditation and lifestyle coaching to make healthy habits last.
A note on biological age. Biological-age scores, such as epigenetic clocks, are an emerging research tool. We use them to track trends alongside standard clinical markers, not to diagnose disease or predict lifespan.
It is preventive medicine focused on healthspan: the years you live in good health. It combines early detection of disease risk with evidence-based changes to nutrition, activity, sleep and medical care.
No clinic can honestly promise to reverse ageing. The evidence shows that managing blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol, staying active and strong, sleeping well and not smoking reduce the risk of many age-related diseases. That is what our programmes focus on.
At the start and end of Foundation and Intensive programmes, and every quarter on Membership, with additional reviews if your results need them.
