Good preventive and longevity care starts with an accurate picture of your health. We use advanced blood tests, imaging where needed and genomic testing to understand where you are today, identify risks early and track how your plan is working.
No treatment is recommended without a clinical reason, and every programme includes follow-up testing. Your results, not assumptions, guide your plan.

Inflammation, vitamin and mineral status, blood count, and liver, kidney and immune markers.
Advanced lipid profile, blood sugar and insulin, HbA1c and cardiac risk markers, to find risk early.
Thyroid, sex hormones, cortisol and insulin, for energy, menopause, metabolic and reproductive health.
DNA-based tests for selected inherited predispositions, medicine-response profiles and nutrition-related genes. Includes counselling before and after testing. A genetic predisposition is not a diagnosis.
Stool tests and, where useful, microbiome analysis. Microbiome testing is a developing field; your doctor will explain what the results can and cannot tell you.
Muscle, fat and bone measurement, and fitness testing.
Epigenetic and other biological-age measures. These are research-grade tools that we use to track trends over time, not to diagnose disease.
Tested only when your history suggests exposure or a clinical need.
Sleep-quality assessment and cognitive screening, with referral for a formal sleep study or neurology review if needed.
A doctor reviews your history, concerns and goals, and chooses the right tests.
Blood, saliva or stool samples and any scans, usually in one visit.
Your results are interpreted by our medical team, not just sent as an automated report.
A clear, prioritised plan: what to address first, what to change and when to re-test.
For most metabolic panels, yes: usually 10–12 hours overnight, with water allowed. We will confirm when you book.
Most blood results arrive within 2–3 working days; genomic tests usually take 3–4 weeks. We confirm the timing for your tests when you book.
Biological-age tests estimate how your body is ageing from markers such as DNA methylation. They are useful for tracking change over time but are not diagnostic tests, and different tests can give different results.
Whether you are starting a longevity programme or simply want a clear picture of your health, we will guide you to the right tests.
