Every centre operates under the supervision of a registered medical practitioner and must hold all required registrations, including clinical establishment registration under the applicable state law, fire safety clearance and biomedical waste authorisation.
The franchisee may be the supervising doctor, but this is not required. Non-medical franchisees appoint a qualified Medical Director to oversee clinical care.
StemGenn centres do not offer stem cell or exosome therapy as a service. Any cell-based work takes place only within approved clinical trials.
