Nano Fat Grafting
While conducting the procedure, we isolate stem cells from the patient’s own body fat, process it under refined conditions and then re-administer it into the target area that requires healing.
The actuality of the stem cell treatment is that Injuries result in the release of Cytokines and once the processed stem cells are re-administered into patients body, these administered stem cells locate the cytokines using their cytokine receptors, aggregate into the damaged tissue and heal the affected area.
How do we perform Autologous Nano Fat Stem Cell Treatment?
Autologous Nano fat stem cell therapy is nearly a four hour long, outpatient procedure comprising of the following stages:
Harvesting of Fat: We follow a streamlined set of proprietary protocols and abide by them clearly. As a part of this stage 100-300cc’s of adipose tissue is drawn/harvested from the patient.
Separation and Isolation: The Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF) which comprises of the Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSC) is separated from the harvested fat cells via centrifugation.
Activation of MSCs using laser light:The isolated Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) are later suspended in the person’s own platelet-rich-plasma (PRP), we further add growth factors to the combination of these two and prepare a cocktail which is further activated using a red/yellow/green laser. The laser light even activates the dormant mesenchymal stem cells.
Injecting the processed cells back into one’s body: The cells after being processed carefully are administered back into the patient’s body through one or more of the following modes of administration.
Intravenous: In this mode of administration, the MSC’s aka mesenchymal stem cells are administered through a standard intravenous drip.
Fat Transfer: In this case the mesenchymal stem cells are combined with the fat filler-biomaterial mix before reintroduction.
Local or Topical: The mesenchymal stem cells are administered directly into a localized area that is not the same as the tissue of origin.
